Product questions

Good to know.

Connect the transmitter to the guitar or bass, connect the receiver to the amplifier or audio interface, power on both units, wait for solid blue Pair indicators, then turn on the amplifier and raise its volume gradually.

Turn on both units, hold the Pair button on the transmitter for 2 seconds, hold the Pair button on the receiver for 2 seconds, and wait until both indicators remain solid blue.

Double-press the Pair/Channel button on the transmitter. The indicator flashes 1–7 times for CH1–CH7, and the receiver synchronizes automatically.

Flashing blue means pairing is in progress. Solid blue means connected. One to seven blue flashes show the selected channel.

The transmitter connects to guitars, basses and other instruments with a standard 1/4-inch output. The receiver connects to amplifiers, pedals, mixers and audio interfaces.

Lower the amplifier volume before connecting or disconnecting the receiver. Turn on the amplifier only after the transmitter and receiver have paired.

Charge both units with the supplied dual USB-C cable. The charging indicator is red and turns off when full. The unit can power off after about 10 minutes without a detected signal or when disconnected.
